Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Forsa Digital. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Forsa Digital website and the purchase of our digital products. By accessing our site or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
1. Digital Products and Delivery
- Nature of Goods: Forsa Digital sells purely digital goods, including software license keys, digital subscriptions, and activation codes. No physical media will be shipped.
- Delivery Contract: Delivery is considered fulfilled the moment the digital product key is transmitted to the email address provided at checkout or within your Forsa Digital user dashboard.
- Buyer Responsibility: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your hardware, operating system, and geographic location meet the specific software’s requirements prior to purchase.
2. Strict No-Refund Policy & Digital Waiver
Due to the digital nature of our products and the inability to “return” a revealed product key, Forsa Digital enforces a strict no-refund policy.
- Waiver of Cooling-Off Period: By completing a purchase for immediate digital delivery, you explicitly acknowledge and consent that you lose your right to withdraw from the purchase or claim a standard “cooling-off” period refund once the key has been dispatched.
- Defective Key Protocol: If a key is genuinely defective, you must contact support within 48 hours of delivery. You are required to provide unedited, full-screen screenshots displaying the exact error message and the software publisher’s activation window. Forsa Digital will verify the key’s status. If proven defective and unused by you, we will issue a replacement key or cash refund depending on the case.
3. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
- Fraud Prevention: Initiating a chargeback, bank dispute, or PayPal claim without first attempting to resolve the issue through Forsa Digital’s support team is a direct violation of these Terms.
- License Revocation: In the event of an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute, Forsa Digital reserves the right to contact the original software publisher to report the transaction as fraudulent. This will result in the immediate and permanent deactivation (blacklisting) of the software license, and the user will be permanently banned from our store.
4. Intellectual Property and Software Use
- Forsa Digital acts as a reseller of digital keys. We do not own, develop, or maintain the software sold. All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property belong strictly to their respective owners
- You agree to use the purchased keys in compliance with the End User License Agreement (EULA) provided by the original software publisher.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Forsa Digital, its owners, and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Data loss, business interruption, or lost profits resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
- Damage to your computer systems or network.
- Software bugs, server outages, or discontinued services by the software publisher. Maximum Liability: In no event shall Forsa Digital’s total liability to you for all damages exceed the exact purchase price paid for the specific digital product in question.
